This is the monitor you get when you need something bigger than a laptop screen but don't need it to do anything special. It's 27 inches, which gives you room to have a few windows open at once, but at 1080p the pixels are spread thin enough that text looks a bit fuzzy up close compared to sharper screens.
The 75Hz refresh means motion is slightly smoother than the standard 60Hz most cheap screens run, so scrolling web pages and casual games feel a touch nicer. Colors are okay — it's an IPS panel so viewing angles are fine and the picture doesn't shift when you lean back.
This is strictly a plug-into-work kind of screen. You get one HDMI port and an old-style VGA port. No USB-C, no fancy docking, no HDR. It does the job if the job is basic.
