Samsung calls this a Smart Monitor because it runs streaming apps and TV software without needing a computer — think Netflix, YouTube, cloud gaming services, all built in. That's useful if you want a desk screen that doubles as your bedroom TV, but the real story is the OLED panel.
OLED means perfect blacks when the room goes dark, and colors that actually look vivid instead of washed out. At 32 inches and 4K, everything is sharp and spacious — good for working with lots of windows open or watching movies. The screen refreshes 165 times a second, which is smooth enough for most games, though serious competitive players want faster.
The HDR is called HDR10+ but not the top-tier version you'd find on Samsung's priciest gaming OLEDs. It's better than fake HDR but a step below the best. Treat this as a versatile hybrid screen that does a lot of things well.
