The screen refreshes 500 times per second, which is absurd — most monitors do 60 or maybe 144. In fast shooters or esports titles, that means the picture updates so often that what you see is basically instant with what's happening in the game. If you're the kind of person who practices spray patterns and tracks milliseconds, this is the tool.
The trade-off is the screen is 1080p on 24.5 inches. That's lower detail than most people are used to now — fine for fast games where you're focused on crosshairs, but desktop text and productivity work won't look as sharp as a higher-res screen. The panel is IPS so colors are accurate and viewing angles are good, but the HDR label here is just a sticker — don't expect punchy bright highlights.
