This is the monitor for someone who wants desk space for work but doesn't want to deal with two separate screens and the gap in the middle. At 34 inches wide, it's essentially two regular monitors stuck together in one seamless panel. The gentle curve wraps the edges toward you, which makes the sides easier to see without turning your head.
The extra width is great for spreadsheets, code, or just keeping Slack and a document open at the same time. At 100Hz it's smooth enough for casual gaming — nothing competitive, but racing games and single-player stuff look immersive on the wide format. One USB-C cable handles picture, power, and internet for a laptop, same as the work-from-home Dells.
The VA panel gives decent contrast so dark scenes don't look washed out, but the HDR label here is mostly decorative — it won't blow you away like real HDR. Colors are fine but not factory-tuned for photo work.
